Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how AI Impact LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit impactservices.ai(the "Site") or contact us through our intake form or booking page.
We keep this short and honest because we don't collect much.
What we collect
When you submit the intake form, you give us:
- Your name
- Your business name
- A short description of what you do
- A short description of what's eating your time
- A budget range
- A contact method (phone, email, or either) and the corresponding phone number or email address
Your browser also sends standard request information when you visit the Site: your IP address, the page you requested, the time of the request, and your browser's user agent string. We log the page URL and user agent alongside intake submissions so we know which version of the site a submission came from.
We do not ask for, store, or process credit card numbers, social security numbers, government IDs, health information, or other sensitive categories of data on this Site.
Where it goes
Information you submit through the intake form is stored in a Postgres database hosted by Neon in the United States. A copy of the submission is also sent to our internal email inbox via Resend, an email delivery provider based in the United States.
When you book a 30-minute call on the /book page, your name and email are sent to Cal.com to create the booking, and the resulting event is added to our Google Calendar. Cal.com sends you a calendar invite and confirmation email directly from their system.
The Site is hosted by Vercel in the United States, which keeps standard hosting access logs.
We use Vercel Web Analytics to count aggregate page views. This service is cookieless — it does not place tracking cookies on your device, and it does not identify individual visitors.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertising networks. The only parties who see your intake, booking, or outreach data are the service providers we use to operate the Site and our outreach (Neon, Resend, Twilio, Cal.com, Google, Vercel), each of which acts as a data processor on our behalf.
Outreach to business owners we meet in person
Separately from the intake form, we conduct in-person outreach to local business owners. During those conversations, if a business owner is interested, we ask for their verbal consent to follow up by SMS and/or email with a personalized website preview we will generate for their business.
If a business owner consents, we add the following to our outreach list:
- Their business name and address (which are publicly available)
- Their business phone number and/or email (provided directly by them or sourced from public listings they've published for customer contact)
- A note recording when and where we met
This information is stored in a private Google Sheet accessible only to us, and used to send a follow-up SMS and/or email containing a link to a website preview we generated for their business.
We send a maximum of one SMS and one email per recipient unless they reply to engage further. We never sell this information, share it with third parties for marketing, or use it for any purpose other than the single follow-up we discussed in person.
We send our outreach emails from impactservices.email and our text messages from a U.S. phone number registered to AI Impact LLC.
Recipients can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, QUIT, or END. We honor opt-outs immediately and permanently. Recipients can opt out of email by replying to the email or contacting hello@impactservices.ai. Message and data rates may apply to SMS messages depending on the recipient's mobile plan.
For the SMS pathway specifically, no mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support of message delivery is the only exception (specifically: Twilio, our SMS infrastructure provider in the United States).
How long we keep it
Intake submissions are kept indefinitely so we can reference past conversations. Email notifications are kept in our inbox under standard Gmail retention. Calendar events are kept in Google Calendar indefinitely. You can ask us to delete your record at any time — see "Your rights" below.
Your rights
You can email hello@impactservices.ai at any time to:
- Get a copy of what we have about you
- Correct anything that's wrong
- Have your record deleted
We'll respond within 30 days. We don't charge for these requests.
Children
The Site is intended for business owners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
